As a Coach and in my daily life I strive to show up in service to others, energized and awesome!

My Passion to help others achieve their goals developed through 25 years of working in a highly competitive sales environment. This, together with my personal life experiences, has evolved and driven me to dedicate myself to Professional Coaching.

I am a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and a graduate of Royal Roads University's Executive Coaching program.

As a coach, others describe me as honest, humble, courageous, energetic, an intuitive listener and having the fortitude to ask the tough questions.

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and abide by their code of ethics.
